Job Summary:
To develop and conduct contact center employee training on department systems and processes and the application of corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Develops, coordinates, and conducts new-hire orientation and employee training programs and ensures consistent and organized department documentation of processes and procedures are maintained.Develops, organizes, updates, and implements changes to corporate and department training curriculum, guidelines, and procedural documents.Compiles, monitors, documents, and analyzes training data, program effectiveness, employee progress, and assists in the development of Customer Service staff through multiple learning strategies. Researches and initiates programs using multiple methods of training instruction.Trains new hire staff in order to ensure performance standards necessary to do the job are met.Assists management staff in development of department strategies, goals, objectives and training programs. Assists management during the interview processes for new call center Advisors.Collaborates with supervisors, management staff, Operations Specialists, and analysts to identify training needs to increase productivity, efficiency, and promote quality service at department and individual needs level.Perform other related assigned duties as necessary to complete the Primary Job Responsibilities as described above.
