Customer service representatives help (CSR) is responsible for ensuring the daily processing of orders that arrive automatically and are generated manually, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problem.
Managing EDI ordering process. Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary Checking product or service availability Passing customer feedback onto the product or sales team to improve the organization's offerings. Process credit notes.
Skills and Experience
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative. KPI's measure: Fill Rate, On time, OOS.. etc. SAP OTC module Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Lic. Administration, Ing. Transportation, Ing Industry English Fluently Excel advanced level. At least 3 years as CSR.
