About Customer Service Specialist

  Customer Service Specialist

  We're looking for a Costumer Service Specialist single point of contact with the Customer in the Customer Service Area. Our mayor values are results oriented, customer centric focus and always curious team.

  RESPONSIBILITIES

  As our Reverse Logistics Specialist, you are responsible for proactive communication of issues, from order acquisition to delivery and management.

  As our Customer Specialist you would be responsible for order/delivery date changes, availability of product information, deliveries follow up OTIF, refusals management, etc... Also cover activities in Customer Scorecard KPI follow up, RCA and Action planning, coordinating MD, Demand, Sales and Customer.

  Your main focus:

  Manage incidences with Customer (order) Any incidence in the order reception (EDI) Manage with customer any change in delivery date (proactive) Proactive communication in case of miss fill rate Delivery incidence that requires coordination with customer Communication of calendar Any query from customer related to Order to Bill (Commercial, price, logistic data, portfolio, Cash) Custodian of Service Catalogue Analyse in a monthly basis the deviations. Communicate to customer in a monthly basis and define AP Follow up Request Deliveries Date and Revenue Recognition Customer continuous improvement owner Participate Internal Monthly Customer Specialist meeting to share scorecard results, RCA, AP and improvement actions/service-quality-cost out opportunities.

  The team consists of 6 Customer Service Specialist, and you will work closely together with several departments such as sales, supply chain and externals. All your colleagues are focusing on practical resolutions of customer support, working together in the dynamic environment of work.

  YOU ARE A COTY FIT

  You like to focus on results. As a Reverse Logistics Specialist, you have a customer centric working methodology, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment. Other than that, you:

  Superior education grade or University Degree in business related area Proficiency in Office package (especially in Excel). Knowledge and experience in SAP. 2-3 years of experience in Customer service management, accounts receivables management Master the English language on fluid level.
