What We'll Bring:
We are looking for a Customer Service Support Representative to join our successful Client Services Sales team. This position will be responsible for performing all duties associated with in-house customer service and sales support, general office and administration efforts. You will interact and act as a liaison between various internal departments and external parties to resolve customer and sales related questions and problems.

Responsabilities:
&bullYou will answer and respond to incoming calls from customers and sales associates, working to resolve questions and problems independently.
&bullYou will provide basic technical support and act as a liaison between the customer, internal departments and software vendors.
&bullYou will compile and distribute membership packets to prospective customers, and then review them upon return for completeness and accuracy, ensuring documents are completed, signed and included.
&bullIn addition, you will perform routine duties for existing account maintenance and miscellaneous accounting duties including name and address changes, subscriber codes, product activations and cancellations, accounts receivable adjustments, miscellaneous billing forms and changes to pricing groups.
&bullAnd lastly, you will perform data entry and reporting duties, as well as special projects as needed.
