JOB SUMMARY:
To support sales goals of Farmers as communicated from the Agent to meetshort and long-term goals for agency growth. This will include, but isnot limited to; new business, cross-selling opportunities, customerservice retention, and profit goals.
Responsibilities regularly performed:
Answering phone in a courteous manner
Aids in preparing annual review appointments
Cross-selling products through pivoting
Continual follow up on X dates (renewal dates) to set new prospectappointments
Utilizing eCMS system continually to update policy and databaseinformation
Prepare thank you/welcome mailers for new households
Review cancellations and renewals on a weekly basis
Maintaining files on all new business accounts
