We're looking for a Customer Relations Representative to join our team in Prague. You will be working in a multicultural environment and be responsible for support of EEMEA (Eastern Europe-Middle East-Africa) region that is developing dynamically. Alongside the daily routine, processes are being built in parallel and you can take part in these projects and contribute to the creation of solutions. Person on this role will be in direct contact with stakeholders like sales, supply chain, logistics, regulatory, customer/distributor, sales operations.
You will make an impact by:
Communicating with our customers (distributors) in Middle East countries, regularly updating customers regarding their queriesManaging orders throughout their life cycle, validating orders and supervising order processesChecking inventory availability based on customer requestsManaging credit orders in collaboration with Bids and TendersEnsuring correctness and reliability of price information in the systemCreating and maintaining ship-to information in the address bookParticipating in international regional projectsDealing with complaints and returns, including documentation handlingCoordinating Free Carrier (FCA)Potentially acting as part of a super-user network for JDE and SFDCProactively developing improvement ideas and leading change projectsGenerating basic reports in reporting tools like Qlikview
What you'll need:
High school diploma and 1+ years of relevant experience in customer service/ logisticsFluent English is a must, other language is a plusProficient in MS Office Suite (knowledge in ERP applications (e.g. JDE) and SFDC are an advantage).Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage stress, and prioritize tasks independently.Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve difficult situations.
