Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the manufacturing industry, located in Youngstown, Ohio. In this role, you will be expected to engage with customers, process their requests, and maintain high standards of professionalism while promoting a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner
• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain precise records of customer interactions and transactions
• Handle high volume calls in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Utilize your skills in data entry to keep customer records up to date
• Work independently, while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other team members
• Provide remote assistance to customers, resolving any issues they may encounter
• Use your knowledge of pharmacy benefits to answer calls from healthcare professionals regarding prescription drug benefits
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Maintain knowledge of call center metrics to ensure optimal customer service is provided. Requirements • Proven experience in a Call Center Customer Service role is essential.
• Ability to assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Familiarity with operating within a fast-paced Call Center environment.
• Experience in handling inbound calls, preferably in a high volume Call Center.
• Understanding of Call Center Metrics and ability to meet or exceed them.
• Ability to provide Remote Assistance to customers.
• Excellent data entry skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience or knowledge in the Pharmacy industry would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with Pharmacy Claim procedures.
• Knowledge of Pharmacy Benefit Management is desirable.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle stress in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
