What Customer Service Operations contributes to Cardinal Health
Customer Service Operations is responsible/a catalyst for providing proactive solutions, inquiry research/resolution, and root cause analysis. Acting as liaisons for both internal and external customers, Customer Service Operations enhances the customer experience by leveraging inbound and outbound channels.
Responsibilities
Provide concise, quality customer service in a professional and courteous manner to both internal and external customerField and re-direct incoming calls to the appropriate destinationReview and respond to customer inquiries and requests via case management, phone, email, web & fax within department service levelsProvide specialized knowledge and services to our customers with; return authorizations, order traces, complaint resolution, EDI customer setup/maintenance, company website assistance, and credit card inquiries and paymentsProcess return authorizations and issue return labels for our customersTrack and Trace customer orders to ensure delivery of productsAssist our customers with web registrations and inquiriesProcess credit card payments for our customersDaily research and resolve customer complaints/issues assigned through Salesforce database, phone, email & websiteEdit customer orders as requested by our customers or salesOther responsibilities as required to promote customer satisfactionQualifications
High School diploma with 1-2 years Customer Service experience or minimum of 2-year degree, preferredExtensive phone communication experience, customer service environmentKnowledge of Microsoft (MS) Office to include Word, Excel, and OutlookWhat is expected of you and others at this level
Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete standard tasksWorks daily on routine assignmentsFollows correct processes outlined in the department procedures and guidelinesWork is closely managed and follows detailed instructionsSeeks regular guidance and advice from supervisorAnticipated hourly range : $15.00 per hour - $18.69 per hour
