Job Description
Insight Global is looking to add Customer Service Representatives to their teams in the St. Louis, and Columbia, MO locations. This person will be responsible for assisting customers with issues and questions such as public service loan forgiveness, loan application status, payment return, when tax info will be available, and similar needs. This individual will be responsible for taking 90+ calls a day and asking the appropriate security questions before assisting customers with their issues. Some out going calls will be necessary to address issues, 60% inbound calls, 40% outbound calls. Any issues unable to be resolved will be able to be escalated. All information will be entered into their internal system CLX. Training will be the first 6-8 weeks from Mon-Fri 8-5pm CT. After training, all reps must be flexible to work any of the following shift hours: Monday: 7 A.M. -- 10 P.M, Tuesday -- Friday: 7 A.M. -- 7 P.M., and Saturday: 9 A.M. -- 1 P.M. Weekends are not always required but might be at times. Each shift will be 9 hours including a 1-hour lunch break. Some over time may eventually be required. This position is currently remote but candidates must reside within Missouri.
