Customer Service Representative - Janesville, WI
We're hiring full-time INBOUND phone service representatives! You'll be part of a team reporting to a Supervisor, Customer Experience in February 2024. Join us at 401 S. Wright Road, Janesville, WI 53546.
Pay:
Start at $17.25/hour with three automatic raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $18.45/hour!
Shifts, Training & Work Environment:
Enjoy your weekends off and the shift we are hiring for is 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central time Monday through Friday!
Our 8-week ONSITE training academy will provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to best serve our customers. You will receive equipment - laptop, dual monitors, keyboard and accessories.
After graduation (completion of 8-week, ONSITE training), team members meeting work from home requirements will enjoy a HYBRID work environment of three days onsite and two days at home (2 days working at home are your choice and can change each week based on your preference).
You can earn additional flexibility to work from home up to 5 days a week, and you will be eligible to participate in a bidding process for alternate work shifts typically after 6 months.

You Will:
Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of INBOUND phone calls.Work with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment.Use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day.Resolve customers' challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management.Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures.
You Have:
High School diploma or equivalent.At least 1 year of customer service experience.Ability to commute to our facility from your home.A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity.Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once.Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download and ping less than 80 milliseconds.
