Your daily interactions will be with participants of employer-sponsored retirement plans over the phone, providing guidance and solutions, as well as long-term investing options. As you build your knowledge and skills with ongoing classroom and hands-on training, you will become a subject matter authority on retirement products and services, consulting with participants in retirement plans to identify needs and offer solutions that can change their futures. Required Qualifications
Flexibility to work Monday-Friday any time between 7:00am - 9:00pm CST based on contact center needs
Preferred Qualifications
Strong candidates will have robust written and verbal communication skills. These are vital to the consultative process when recommending appropriate solutions while also educating our participants. 1 year experience using computer applications at work or schoolSuperior listening skills when analyzing account information to better understand client needsFocused analytical skills and attention to detail to adhere to policies, procedures, and guidelinesAbility to adapt and implement changes as market and business conditions evolveReceptive to mentoring and feedback for continuous improvementBilingual in Spanish is a plusActive and valid Series 7 & 63 license is beneficial but not requiredIf you are not licensed and would like to obtain FINRA licenses, we have outlined a path for you to pursue your career interests
