  Customer Service - Operations Intern

  Cayman

  Hours (vary depending on team): Monday - Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm, 8:30am-5:30pm, or 9am-6pm

  Internship Program Dates: June 3 - August 9

  CSC is seeking creative, inquisitive, and detail-oriented students to join our Customer Service team in our Cayman office. You will learn about the operations of global company. You'll work directly with our customers (other companies) and teams at CSC to provide solutions that help their business run smoother and smarter.   Some of the things you'll learn from us:

  • How to provide excellent service to both internal and clients

  • Management of customer portfolios

  • Workflow organization to meet customers' time frames and demands

  • Data entry of client information, electronic filings, and retrieval of documents

  • Understand and learn how to send notifications and emails to customers

  • How to navigate between multiple databases and systems quickly and accurately

  • Research and analysis of legal documents

  • How to work as a team to make process improvements and solve customer problems

  What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

  • Currently attending college, university, or a similar training program

  • Graduating or ready for full-time employment within 12 months of August 2024

  • Attention to detail and organization skills will drive success in this position

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

  • Experience with the Microsoft suite of products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint (Outlook a plus!)
