Job Description
Customer Service
- To prepare, check and compile all invoices for on time submission to customers.
- To monitor invoice details and payment process with customers.
- To follow-up on overdue and get timely reaction from customers.
- To check customer's portal system (Proton & Honda, Toyota) and submit e-invoice if applicable.
- Representative for KAM Malaysia on all SST related matters for OEMs.
Price Maintenance
- To tabulate tire volume and value for price review implementation and retro-payments.
- To prepare & compile bi-yearly price review calculation details for all OEMs in Malaysia for KAM.
- To request for new price updating in SAP to Pricing Department.
- To do price adjustments via debit/credit notes after e-Sign approval.
Logistics & Warehouse Management
- Interface for Warehouse requirements to customer/KAM support on project phase logistic coordination incl but not limited to package coordination
- Prepare process map lead warehouse sourcing process to set up suitable storage solution
- Warehouse On site visits
- Support in the definition of KPIs for service providers
Operation
- To do monthly statement of account summaries for OE customers.
- To lead & coordinate orders for Conti-Kit business and support necessary tasks to ChangSu team. Main Liason person for CMK team in China for Honda Malaysia.
- To manage Conti Mobility Kit on delivery & invoices to Honda Malaysia.
- Transport-optimized scheduling.
- To lead & monitor stock level and replenishment with ChangSu team.
- Task Leader for Malaysia SST project on OE PLT for exemption certification monitoring & application.
Reporting
- prepare daily/weekly/monthly etc supply chain related reports. Monitor monthly billing status and prepare sales tracking report
Other assignment
- Improve current process regarding to supplier chain OE Malaysia Coordinate and arrange trainings for system & process to new Customer Service personnel.
- Identify and coordinate stock depletion for OE Out of Age, Out of Range, Out of Yield stock.
- Identify and monitor stock/billing gap.
- Customer visits when necessary.
- Cooperation on activities to attain the goal of the plant and the department.
- Continuous improvement of internal planning processes as well as external customer related process

Qualifications
University degree in University Degree in Economics / Business Management / Supply Chain & Logistics
3- 4 years experience in logistics or supply chain management
IT konwledge in SAP and MS Office
Strong planning and organizational capabilities, communication skills, English, Social competence.
Capable to work independently with initiative.
