  Your Role & Key Responsibilities

  Customer Services Lead

  Your main function is to lead the Customer Service team within the Elida Beauty business. The team look after our customers, manage their orders, building and maintaining strong relationships externally, as well as regularly working with internal stakeholders to ensure that we maintain our quality and service standards at all times. The role is a core part of our business and will be key to developing our service model as we move forward and evolve Elida Beauty as an organisation. The role reports to the Customer Services Director.

  Key Accountabilities:Manage the team of direct & indirect Customer Service specialistsOwn 'OnTime' results and partner with Supply Planning on 'InFull' service resultsWork with the Distribution Centre to ensure Operations meet business needsLead the Cutover and Integration of all Customer Service Activity carried out by Unilever as Elida Beauty moves to a separate entity and introduces its own processes and ways of workingSupport the collaboration team with key account activity, following up on priority orders and customer issues with the sales teamSupport key accounts to ensure customer launch plans are carried out correctlyRun customer and process related projectsDrive Improvements in the way we work every dayNeeds to be:A Team Player with people management experienceAble to work in detail and direct others to actOrganised with good prioritisation skillsGreat communicatorComfortable with and driver of changeKey representative of the Elida Beauty Business Unit externally across various key stakeholders and organisational bodies.Needs to have:A bias for action & passion to find solutions to problemsAbility to demonstrate people skills and integrityA passion for great customer service and the Beauty & Personal Care WorldLanguage Requirements: English / Additional languages are a plusAs a team player within Elida Beauty, it is important that you share these values & mindsets;The Elida Beauty Team welcome:A Performance and growth mindsetA fearless, entrepreneurial mindsetAgility to thrive in a BANI worldFlexibility to drive changeTransparency, openness & honestyPassion for diversity & inclusionJoin us...
