You will beservicing Imaging Equipment in the Midland, MI area. Customer Service EngineerLevel can be adjusted based on prior experience.
You are in afield-based, customer-facing role that primarily installs, services, maintainsand modifies Siemens’ imaging equipment at customer sites.
You are the "Faceof Siemens" to the customer.
You supportthe MI-SPECT/PET modality initially, with potential to cross train into othermodalities in the future.
You areflexible and willing to work different shifts and On-Call rotations as businessneeds dictate, including willingness to work overtime as required.Advanced notice will be provided for anyshift changes.
You report tothe Regional Service Manager at Siemens Medical Solutions.

You haveknowledge and experience performing service, preventative maintenance, andmodifications on Medical Imaging Equipment at customer sites with minimalsupervision.
You haveprevious experience with the desired Medical Imaging Equipment: MI-SPECT/PET
You have theability and experience to establish and maintain proper business relationshipswith customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative dutiestimely and accurately.
You have astrong background working with electronics and are proficient in the use ofservice tools and service test equipment.
You haveproficient PC skills (MS Windows & Microsoft Office 365 -Outlook, Excel,SharePoint, etc.)
Required skills to have for the success of this role
MinimumTechnical Degree or equivalent experience
Strongelectronics background and computer skills required.
5-8 years offield service experience is desired.
Ability towork both individually and in an established team setting.
You havestrong customer service and communication skills.
Ability totravel and provide service in assigned geography; willingness to participate inan on-call rotation after training and certification.
Validdriver's license, ability to drive independently day and night, and gooddriving record required.
PhysicalRequirements: Lifting 50lbs (floor to above waist/head), walking,ladder/stepstool climbing, bending, twisting, sitting work, squatting work,standing work, high-reach, fine grasping manipulation, good vision, and abilityto work alone.
