Eaton's IS AER FED division is currently seeking a Customer Service Account Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid office/remote position located at our Beltsville, MD facility.
The Customer Account Manager will function as the primary focal point between our customers and the internal Eaton team. The primary goal is to maximize customer satisfaction by ensuring we meet our commitments to the customer.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $67275.0 - $98670.0 a year.

What you'll do:
• Proactively monitor and communicate customer delivery schedules, portal data to track critical shortages while working closely with the functional teams to expedite urgent customer needs.
• Within 6 months of training, must be able to review quotes and orders, process return material with promptness and accuracy, clear contested invoices, customer expedites and follow ups and be familiar with Eaton Beltsville part numbers and product lines.
• Use MFGPRO/C360/DOC Management/Pending report/hold report/track and push quality problems for customer.
• Administer customer returns.
• Analyze and report on internal/external customer metrics related to on-time delivery and quality; collaborate with customer to ensure data integrity.
• Maintain composure during peak times of customer requests and have a positive professional attitude.
• Manage all aspects of the customer relationship and daily interactions. Implement, lead, or support customer action calls, customer visits, complaint resolution, etc. Execute the contractual terms through collaboration with pricings/sales for compliance.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in account management.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
• This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Beltsville, MD will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in a customer facing role.
