Job Overview
The Customer Quality Agent has the responsibility to work according to common quality specification and regulations to build up quality customer relation, being the mediator and expert in Quality for our customers and their requirements internally and externally as such as Scorecard, PPAP Elements, Improvement activities and their releases to ensure our time to market and gain market share and growth for TE.
Your Tasks & Responsibilities:
Responsible for PPAP Experts and PPAP Team membersTo encourage, engage and guide the PPAP Team Communication of specific customer requirements concerning Q-topics (e.g. quality assurance agreements, customer requirements, PPAP requirements) to responsible TE functions.Training and roll out - drill down of the corresponding TE employees concerning specific customer requirements and specifications.Support of the customer and the TE function units with problem solving as well as escalation of customer problems with the responsible TE units (Task Force Lead)Monitoring complaint processing (processing time, response time, content of 8D reports and effectiveness of corrective actions) in close cooperation with the responsible TE functions and Quality Manager.Monitoring the PPAP reports together with the PPAP expert and interact to gain the releases or open items between TE and customerLeadership for customer scorecards and definition of actions by negative trend with the responsible locationsAnalysing of customer data for TE quality performance incl PPAP against TE data. (Techs, Opex, Customer portal)Negotiation and achieve agreements of quality targets with the customer to find common understandings incl PPAP.Participation as well as preparation on customer quality meetingsLead and drive improvement activities with TE production plants in regard to his customer of responsibility
What your background should look like:
MBA / Engineer with university degree / certified Engineer or comparableMin. 3 - 5 years of experience in Automotive QualityVery good quality backgroundKnowledge in statistics and basic tools of quality (APQP, MSA, Capability Studies, VDA, AIAG, FMEA)Communication and mediator competencePresentation skillsIndependent working behaviourTeam workerAbility taking decisionsSocial competenceEnglish and French business fluent
