  Job Description

  As Customer QMPP your daily activities will be:

  Representing the plant in the Project Teams for new projects;Support in development and maintenance of P-FMEA;Ensures that customer requirements respected over product lifetime;Responsibility of maintaining direct communication with customers in regards of Quality Issues;Perform analysis and provide solutions to customer complaints through problem solving tools;Coordinate all activities related to containment actions, returned parts analysis, root cause analysis and permanent corrective and preventive actions through structured problem solving techniques to achieve highest quality product and customer satisfaction;Monitor and manage customer communication portals for 0 km and field returns customer complaints;Analyze warranty trends to proactively implement solutions to potential quality complaints;Manage Customer Quality related costs;Monitor and report out internal and external KPIs;Direct contact for internal and external process audits.Additional Information

  QualificationsUniversity degree and relevant professional experience, preferable Customer Service, Quality or Engineering;Fluent English, desirable German, French;Advanced skills in Problem solving, e.g. 8D methodology;Experience in Project Management;Advanced understanding of electronics/mechanics components;Advanced communication and negotiation skills;Technical drawing interpretation;Desirable: knowledge of ISO9001 / IATF16949Company Description
