About the Role
In this opportunity as a Customer Product Trainer, you will:
Schedules/conducts customer training via phone or web conferencing. Assists in preparing lesson plans for training courses. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product enhancements and changes. Instruct participants in classroom lectures and laboratory sessions. Follows up to determine the applicability of course material. Assists in designing/producing training reports as required. May interact with customers and functional organizations to develop specifications for the content of courses. Develop your talent with us in the Global Print Customer Success team. Manage key elements of the onboarding of new clients onto Thomson Reuters services. Work with internal to teams to enhance the client experience. Identify errors, processes, or changes that must be escalated to technical teams to make business operations more efficient. Attend to and follow up on SLAS to guarantee timely and quality deliveries. Monitor the internal team and manage and develop projects. Monitor NPS Indicators, make surveys, and focus group events.Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and statistical information.
About You
You're a fit for this role if your background includes:
Bachelor's degree.Minimum of 2 - 4 years Customer Success Experience. Strong client relationship skills.Well Organized Ability to work in teams. Intermediate Excel Knowledge.Experience in process mapping.Knowledge in creating Flowcharts.Strong written and verbal communication skills
