As the Customer Portfolio Manager, you will need to demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives within Gas Power. You will be responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts and customer obligations, provide service agreement, fixed price, and time and material program management, and interact with members of the customer service, parts and transactional services, field service, repair service, and/or other teams. High levels of operational judgment are required to achieve objectives.
Job Description
As the Customer Portfolio Manager you will:
Serve as a liaison between internal/external organizations and your assigned customer(s), own the customer relationship, and contribute to the overall business strategyFoster and develop strong relationships with customers, be the single point of contact for customers and manage customer communication and relationshipsBe responsible for customer portfolio P&L and growthEstablish contact to provide on-going technical and business support to assigned customer(s)Develop and own site customer communication plan, coordinate and facilitate regular GE/Customer meetings reviewing open items and action plans and reviewing existing and new GE products/services that could provide value for the customerOversee Gas Power warranty and applicable commercial considerations including concessions as they arise balancing maximum benefits for the customer and GEBe responsible for developing outage scope/communicating scope to FieldCoreBe responsible for outage/non-outage parts planning including requests for quotes, providing quotes to customers, placing/managing parts orders through delivery, and invoicing for parts as applicable.Be responsible for managing the Outage planning and execution process and processing of Change OrdersProvide leadership in owning and driving all emergent/forced outage matters to resolutionPrepare, organize, and facilitate pre-outage planning meetings, post-outage meetings and outage milestone meetingsBe responsible for all customer invoicing/credit memo processingBe responsible for On-Site Repairs and Part and Component Repairs performed in GRS including planning repair scope, requests for repair quotes, scheduling repairs and addressing repairs issues in the GE networkOwn contract leadership and fulfillment including all project deliverables and understanding the T&Cs and contract requirements such as LD & Bonus structureBe responsible for selling all flow-type parts/services including quote preparation, order entry, demand placement, sales conversion, and fulfillmentManage Digital and Total plant solutions agreements and coordinate with functional groups
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University (OR Associates degree from a College with 2 years of experience in a power generation industry)Minimum of 6 years of knowledge and experience within the power plant field services or contract management and / or Outage management.Ability to travel 50% of the time

Additional Description:
This position is a full-time #Hybrid /Remote from home & open to multiple monthly Power Plant visits at the GE Client's site; located in South Central Illinois.
This position also requires inter-company travel.
For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $100,000.-130,000. USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, geographic location, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 10% annual performance bonus. This position will stay open on the career website until at least 11/03/2023.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%,120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
