Customer Order Management Representative
We are selecting a Customer Order Management Representative for our Cummins offices in San Fernando de Henares, Madrid.
With relevant collaborative skills, this person will interact with many different stakeholders: customers, suppliers, internal commercial teams, other colleagues in Cummins Europe to - among other functions - align the supply plan with the demand plan and drives stability in the supply chain.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Responsible for assigned customer accounts for the entire order life cycle (from new customer set-up, order entry/modification, escalations; responsibilities might include logistics management) to ensure orders are shipped to agreed deadline. Act as the single-point-of-contact to Cummins' customers, parts distribution centers and/or manufacturing plants and cross functional departments to process and fulfil customer orders; providing accurate documentation and continual communication to customer throughout the process. Work with Planning teams to ensure in bond supply is in line with Customer Order board requirements. Support yearly API activity. Support continuous improvement work to drive out waste and escalate in weekly business review. Cooperate with stakeholders including Commercial Team & Supply Chain Team. Ensure customers comply with export polices and ensures required export/shipping documentation is compiled to the relevant legislation. Proactively confirm the accuracy in the information received from suppliers and delivered to customers. Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following: Professional Training or College Degree in related field preferred. 2 to 5 years of relevant customer order management, account management or in the supply chain field or related roles. Team focused and passionate about customer support! English fluency is a must. Other required skills: time management, attention to detail, proactivity. Computer literacy: Intermediate to advanced standard of computer skills with the ability to use office applications (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) ERP knowledge, preferably SAP but is not a must.
