Customer Operations / Support Specialist - Demo Hardware
Location: Benton Lane Newcastle
Office based Monday to Friday
The Customer Operations & Support Specialist - Demos, will work with the Field Application Specialists, Commercial team and Customers as well as internal collaborators to co-ordinate demand for hardware demo pool equipment within EMEA as part of the Single Use Division (SUD) business supporting a highly responsive customization process and delivering a superior customer experience.
Primary accountabilities include co-ordination of hardware demo requests across UK and EU based demo pools and timely and accurate execution in support of a rapidly growing custom business. With a continuous improvement approach and passion for customer success, the Demo Specialist role will build strong cross-functional relationships and create client loyalty through well-managed experiences with they Customer Operations & Support processes.
What will you do:
Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills combined with exceptional computer skills/literacy including knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsA strong desire to succeed combined with the ability to complete multiple tasks ( working calmly and accurately to targets whilst being self motivated and able to work as part of team with limited direct supervision.Ability to ensure and influence customer satisfaction by demonstrating tact, sensitivity and professionalism through demonstration of excellence in organization and time management skills.Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with technical and commercial partners to support demo requirements via adherence to detailed processes .Ability to demonstrate excellent telephone and written skills reflecting a positive , professional , customer centred organisation .
