  Location: Belfast

  Contract terms: Permanent, part-time (21hrs a week)

  The IOI Customer Service Centre is a Centre Of Excellence within Diageo and ensures our customers receive a high level of customer satisfaction. The Customer Services team, based in NI provide an inbound and outbound customer service to all Diageo Ireland Customers.

  About the role

  The role of a Customer Onboarding Administrator supports the On-Trade, Take Home Trade & Route To Market total beverage alcohol proposition and Consumer Care in GB and Ireland.

  Open all new accounts in a timely fashion in accordance with AML and IOI policies.Responsible for following up on outstanding paperwork with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance to process.Champion AML for Diageo Ireland. take responsibility for ensuring our customer data is correct and maintainedTo ensure every Customer/Consumer receives excellent customer service and contributes significantly to ensuring Diageo maintains its position as supplier of choice.To build brilliant Customer/Consumer relationships that maximise the value created in every Customer/Consumer interaction.Take personal ownership of all Customer/Consumer queries & issues and act as first point of escalation for resolution of Customer Queries.To build great business partnerships with Supply, Commercial, Marketing, Finance and Quality colleagues.

  What you will bring

  5 GCSEs / O Levels (inc. Maths and English) or equivalentProven ability to adapt and deliver under time pressure is important.Experience in Administration or customer facing positionProven ability to deliver consistent high quality accurate results within SLAsBe assertive in all situations.Computer Literacy - Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce and excellent Excel/Word is preferred
