The Senior Director of Medidata Customer Learning Enablement owns the Medidata customer learning enablement program, including the design and deployment of a digital learning platform that enables customer success and business growth through secure digital channels of communication, success enablement, and custom-curated enablement resources and assets.
Responsibilities: - Design, develop, scale, integrate, and track impact of global community learning program, platform, and associated scope of global learning services - Establish and maintain a stakeholder and governance team - Develop operational and content development governance - Primary liaison with project PMO and consulting partner teams - Train, manage, and enable full-time and matrix platform moderators - Develop a use case development model to iteratively build out the scope, reach, nd value of the program - Extend the program to support new and evolving learning services portfolio, including new education programs and services
Requirements: - 5 -7 years experience building and leading impactful global customer learning programs powered by a digital community learning platform - 3-5 years experience in direct account or customer facing role, creating digital content in support of customer learning enablement and success - Strong partnership, presentation, and agile project management skills - Current certification in PMI - Six Sigma or agile Scrum Master certification - Proficiency with Gainsight & Gainsight Digital Hub - Knowledge of Medidata Solutions is a plus
The salary range posted below refers only to positions that will be physically based in New York City. As with all roles, Medidata sets ranges based on a number of factors including function, level, candidate expertise and experience, and geographic location. Pay ranges for candidates in locations other than New York City, may differ based on the local market data in that region. The base salary pay range for this position is $135,000 to $180,000.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Medidata provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a commission on the terms of applicable plan documents, and many of Medidata's non-sales positions are eligible for annual bonuses.
