In this exciting period of growth, we're searching for a Customer Implementation Manager to join our established Product Management team here at Instaclustr. Now part of Spot by NetApp, we are a Canberra-based open-source as-a-service company, delivering reliability at scale. We manage cutting edge open-source technologies (Apache Cassandra, Apache Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis, OpenSearch and Cadence) for our customers around the world.
We make it easy for our customers to run powerful open-source applications at the highest levels of scale. Our platform takes care of the whole lifecycle: provisioning infrastructure, installing applications and, most importantly, keeping the applications running reliably in production. Our customers run 24x7 and our business does too, with our operations team spread across the globe to supply fast, expert support and operational responses.
We are seeking a Customer Implementation Manager, who is passionate about delivering world-leading products to a highly technical customer base of software developers and operators. The position reports to the Director of Product Management, helping to bridge the gap between the customer and our engineers. This role will assist our new enterprise customers in planning and executing migrations to Instaclustr, as well as supporting existing customers with key project work.
As a Customer Implementation Manager, you will gather and refine the requirements for customers on-boarding or projects, develop plans and subsequently tracking progress on both the Instaclustr and customer sides. When co-ordinating these projects, you will work with the Instaclustr product management, development and support teams to manage competing priorities to achieve the best outcomes for both Instaclustr and our customers. You would be typically managing 3-5 projects concurrently, that run over multiple quarters. . Flexibility with your work schedule would be expected to allow you to collaborate daily with our global customers base, across a diverse range of ICT organizations.
Job Requirements
Project management experience allowing you to manage projects within demanding stakeholder environments. Technical understanding and experience with products such as those offered by Instaclustr (Apache Cassandra, Apache Kafka, OpenSearch, Redis, Cadence and PostgreSQL) Excellent communication skills Strong business acumen Excellent knowledge of the technology market relevant to Instaclustr's offerings Right to work in Australia
