The Customer Experience Support position resides within the Sales Operations organization and interacts directly with Inside Sales, Program Managers, authorized suppliers, and customers. This role is customer facing and is an essential role to our partnership with our customers around the globe.
This role is expected to develop relationships with external and internal teams while being a liaison to the customer. This role involves working closely with customers to develop business relationships as well as relationships with our internal teams. Detailed and timely communication is critical to the success of this role as well as excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Builds strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal operations through day-to-day functions and interactionsIdentify and implement actions to achieve efficiencies in our daily processes and tools utilized Manages post-sales order tasks such as modifying orders with vendors, return authorizations, expediting material with suppliers, and assisting with various customer requests as applicableCommunicates regularly with WWT cross functional teams for customer order successPerforms other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is preferred1-3 years of Information Technology procurement experience preferredOracle knowledge is a plusSalesforce experience requiredStrong customer service skills are requiredExcels in oral and written communication skills requiredExtremely organizedMicrosoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.) requiredProficient PO skillsFlexibility to work non-standard hoursMust have a passion for learning and continued education regarding our go-to-market strategy, our processes, and the Information Technology industryCapability to multi-task and adapt to changeA willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job doneProactive attitude and work ethicMust be a team player with a willingness to embrace change
