We are looking for experienced and passionate professionals to join us in our mission to improve and extend the lives of prostate cancer patients by delivering first-in-class targeted radioligand therapy.
In your role as Customer Engagement Manager (CEM), your key objective is to build the foundation of Radioligand therapy across the Netherlands working with external (oncologist, nuclear medicine physicians, nuclear technicians and nurses) and internal stakeholders to drive our customer interactions and sales performance.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Ensure right positioning of Radioligand therapy in prostate cancer and expand the perception across the Netherlands.
• Ensure that all target hospitals are ready in time to start with radioligand therapy as optimally as possible (logistics, contract, education, correct patient selection, etc.)
• Support product launch, implement competitive response/pull-through strategies.
• Managing the complexities of the business and develop Deep Customer Insights and Understanding to uncover what are their main drivers so that a tailored customer approach can be developed.
• Buil up and expand relationships with account stakeholders (oncologist, nuclear medicine physicians, nuclear technicians, and nurses) in line with defined target priorities to achieve hospital readiness, right positioning of RLT and best in class customer experience.
• Achieve agreed sales and productivity as contact, coverage, and frequency targets through various communication channels.
• Establish Novartis as the preferred partner for radioligand therapy in urology, oncology and nuclear medicine by providing high scientific and patient-oriented added value.
• Collect marketing insights through the engagement of medical experts, input to marketing strategic plan & business operation plan, and co-create these as needed.
• Analyzing the urological and oncological centers with the available market data and developing digitally innovative and best practice concepts (success parameters).
• Identify and execute opportunities to collaborate with key stakeholders including regional consultative meetings, speaker programs, training, publications, collaborative research.

Role Requirements
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE:
• Fluent Dutch and English: written, read, spoken
• Relevant professional experience (≥ 4 years) in sales and/ or account management within a pharmaceutical company and/or medical device.
• Pro-active, structured, flexible, and systematic way of working with high independence, pioneering spirit, self-motivation and ability to work in a team.
• Good communication and persuasion skills with strengths in completion and commitment of sales discussions.
• Ability to understand the changing dynamics of the industry.
• Proven ability to develop trust-based relationships.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills, customer focus, strategic thinking, strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and influence people beliefs.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership, set priorities and achieve goals in a timely manner.
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:
• Recent launch experience.
• Experience within oncology; prostate cancer is an asset.
• Platform experience (e.g. CAR-T) is a plus
• Nuclear Medicine or Diagnostic/Molecular Imaging knowledge / experience is an asset.
