Position Summary:
Provide the administrative support for the Advertising/Loyalty Department. Requires a high degree of confidentiality, strong organizational skills, andability to multi-task. Essential Job Functions:
Assist the Advertising Manager in the development, coordination and implementation of Divisional and Corporate advertising and sales promotion plans Partners with the Adverting Manager to ensure seamless, consistent coordination between all marketing communications vehicles and to ensure that Divisional and Corporate objectives are met Assists the Advertising Manager in collaborating, developing and implementing marketing objectives and promotional strategy Participates in developing short and long term marketing and sales promotion goals and objectives Facilitates and champions the integration of Fred Meyer Rewards across all Divisions Assists the Advertising Manager develop and communicate advertising and marketing plans in a manner that ensures Customer satisfaction, while achieving Divisional and Corporate objectives Assists the Advertising Manager Provides strategic and creative input on corporate and divisional initiatives Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
Excellent administrative and organizational skills. Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle confidential information Ability to multi-task, set priorities, present information in a professional manner and work with all levels of the organization. Proven personal initiative and follow through to completion. Excellent communication skills and diplomacy when dealing with people. Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and willingness to help all members of the department.
Desired Previous Job Experience:
Experience with detail spreadsheets and data manipulation. Customer Service experience.
