Job Description and Responsibilities for our Customer Account Specialist:
Interact first-hand with clients by answering the phone and responding to email and web-based service requestsManage accounts using our customer management softwareSchedule technicians for daily servicesPerform daily administrative tasks including managing accounts receivable and collectionsResolve customer concernsIdeal Skill Set for our Customer Account Specialist
