Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Research and update missing or incomplete information as needed for timely EDI invoicing, working with outside departments as necessary
Identify correct location account or customer account for shipments that are not automatically identified
Periodically cover night shift for location account or customer account identification that are not automatically identified
Review and update customer information for invoicing or other customer data, as requested by Customers, National Account Managers, Sales Territory Managers or Accounts Receivable team
Provide feedback to Management concerning possible Issues
Make recommendations to implement improved processes
Perform other duties as assigned by management
