Also includes call center related medical records activities.There is an IEBC for this position.Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesThe ideal candidate will have knowledge of medical terminology; the ability and dedication to provide outstanding customer service; the ability to use multiple computer applications including an Internet-based phone system; and the ability to multitask and work as part of a team.
