What you’ll do:
Training and Culture(including DEI) Program Administration:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs, topics and requirements.
Develop and maintain an annual training and culture calendar.
Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and events.
Maintain training records and attendance.
Content Development and Delivery:
Create or assist in developing training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, learning pathways, and training manuals.
Monitor the effectiveness of training materials and make improvements as needed.
Evaluation and Assessment:
Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to assess the impact of training and culture sessions and programs.
Analyze training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Implement evaluation methods to measure the ROI of training initiatives.
Reporting and Documentation:
Generate and maintain reports on training activities, participation, and outcomes.
Create dashboards and metrics to track the progress of training and culture events and programs.
Budget Management:
Source and manage external training vendors and resources as necessary.What we are looking for:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in training and culture development roles.
Excellent English writer and speaker
Passion for learning and development.
Ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills.
Previous experience in organizing webinars, trainings, meet-ups or other similar events - engaging with stakeholders, putting together agenda, invitations, and speakers.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Active experience with e-learning platforms and other tools (Monday.com, Airtable, Notion and others)
Experience with e-learning platforms and tools
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with both internal and external partners.
Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
Proactive approach to identifying and implementing innovative training solutions.
Demonstrated ability to source and manage external training vendors and resources (ideally in global scope).
Proficient in generating and maintaining reports on training activities, participation, and outcomes.
Experience in collecting and analyzing feedback to assess the impact of training programs.
Knowledge of various learning methodologies and technologies.
Experience in designing and implementing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs is more than welcome
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Training, or a related field is nice to have
