As a CS Space Planner Intern your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Partner and influence strategic deliverables throughout the organization.Run certain strategic process, visit customers, and influences the organization via these processes.Activities include Run component, ingredient, platform or initiative POPs, competitive analysis, market analysis, and participating in multiple strategic task forces.Develop a business partnership with their customers to understand their space and facility needs.Develop 12-18 month space plans to accommodate space and facility's needs. Space inventory management and space negotiations.Maintain accurate records of space inventory, databases/maps, and facilities layouts, conduct capacity/utilization studies, space auditing.Manage and develop the Site Master Plan.Develop space plans and strategies that effectively meet the needs of the customers located at their assigned campus and will drive the optimization of space utilization and facilities in alignment with Corporate Services strategic objectives.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research, and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must have the following:
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Architecture design, Architectural Studies or related area. 6+ months of experience in the following areas:Facilities planning and layout.Architectural/interior design principles.Architectural drawing set.Design tools such as AutoCAD
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management Certification.Office suite proficiency (excel, word, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, etc.).Previous experience with plan databases (OPUS and TRIRIGA).

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $40,000.00-$108,000.00 (Hourly Role)
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
