Kforce has a client in San Diego, CA that is seeking a hybrid, highly skilled and experienced CRM Implementation Project Manager to oversee the initiation, planning, and execution of multiple complex projects related to the implementation of a CRM system. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication, and delivering successful project outcomes within budget and on schedule. Responsibilities: Finalizing budget and capacity planning Acquiring data for CRM implementation Data warehouse management and cleanup Addressing data discrepancies resulting from acquisitions Marketing department spearheading the initiative with the need for clarity CRM Implementation with Vendor selection: SugarCRM Integration with touch service center and backend operations Training coordination with the training department Ownership discussions for system administration and functionality Systems/production support in IT Collaboration with vendors and digital banking teams Concurrently manage complex projects with budgets Lead cross-functional teams, plan and facilitate meetings, and prepare progress reports Monitor project progress, identify risks, and take corrective action Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring member service and satisfaction Conduct Scrum Ceremonies and facilitate Sprint Planning Mitigate risks and obstacles to ensure successful sprints Facilitate Steering Committee Meetings for prioritization Optimize team performance and remove blocks hindering success
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related discipline PMP and CSM certifications preferred 7+ years of Project Management experience 5+ years of CRM Implementation experience 5+ years of Scrum Master experience Familiarity with credit union software development, Symitar, Temenos Infinity/C360 platform, and Payveris P2P payments Superior communication skills, both written and verbal Strong leadership and team-building skills High-level knowledge of current and evolving technology in the credit union industry Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
