The team you will be a part of
The Digital Marketing team develops marketing, merchandising and creative strategies and affiliated programs to promote the organization's products and services through the Internet or other digital channels to increase exposure to and business from the target audience and analyzes their effectiveness. Develops and maintains website graphic designs and layout to support the organization's image, identity and brands. May be responsible for social media marketing and online community management.
Your responsibilities will include
CRM Funnel Analysis
Conduct in-depth analysis of the CRM funnel, from lead generation to conversion and retention.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish benchmarks for CRM success.
Diagnosis and Strategy Development:
Diagnose performance gaps within the CRM funnel and develop targeted strategies for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business objectives.
Execution and Implementation:
Take a hands-on approach to implement CRM strategies and optimise customer journeys.
Execute audience automation through SQL queries and create compelling emails using basic HTML.
Utilise Salesforce Marketing Cloud to execute targeted campaigns, personalised communications, and customer segmentation.
Data-driven Decision Making:
Analyse customer data to gain insights into preferences, behaviour, and trends.
Utilise data analytics to drive decision-making and continuously refine CRM strategies.
Use SQL queries to extract and analyse data for audience segmentation and personalised communication.
Leverage GDPR knowledge to ensure compliance in all CRM activities and data.
Performance Monitoring:
Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor the performance of CRM initiatives.
Regularly report on key metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM strategies.
Communicate effectively to share insights and updates with relevant stakeholders.
Minimum requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a CRM-focused role within an e-commerce or related industry
Proven track record of successfully optimising CRM funnels and driving measurable results
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (mainly building and sending emails, audience segmentation and journey maintenance)
Proficient in data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) and Google Analytics 4
Basic HTML skills for email creation and customization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals
Preferred skills and experiences
Copywriting skills for crafting compelling and effective messaging
Knowledge of Google Ads to coordinate CRM strategies with advertising efforts
Paid Media knowledge (Meta, Google, Microsoft, Criteo, Social, etc)
