Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance) or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in product management, engineering, technical program management, or similar.
Experience in technical consulting (e.g., code review, architectural design review).
Preferred qualifications: Experience influencing Product Management/Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Ability to lead complex strategic and operational initiatives.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with SQL to search data to surface insights.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$168,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Solve problems to identify, diagnose, and reduce system health risks (e.g., via code review, system design review, and trend observance).
Develop and deploy system health metrics for critical systems (e.g., partner to determine correct metrics, build dashboards for tracking), and build understanding of risks and opportunities through ongoing analysis.
Collaborate and partner cross-functionally across Engineering, Sales Finance, and Programs teams to drive changes that increase GCS's system stability.
Establish and promote adherence to best practices and launch standards that create a unified systems/engineering delivery method.
Craft compelling presentations to executive leadership on critical system health metrics and actions taken to improve them.
