About Creative Strategy Director

  As the strategic lead at our integrated creative hub you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our creative-strategic vision, ensuring alignment between business objectives and creative execution – you will be at the forefront of shaping how our clients (internal & external) view creative and the key role it plays in impacting their biz results & growth.

  Your role is a unique blend of strategic prowess, creative brilliance, and tech-savvy innovation. Building a team of dynamic strategists and planners, you will shape our strategic vision, steer end-to-end communication strategies, ignite creative genius, and architect the evolution of our data, analytics, and tech. In this role, you'll be both a people's champion and a technical expert, driving the agency's success through groundbreaking ideas, strategic finesse, and empowering leadership.

  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  BUSINESS STRATEGIC PLANNING● Collaborate with senior leadership to define the agency's long-term vision, goals, and growth strategies.

  ● Harness your startup spirit to spot trends & client / industry & market opportunities - ensuring our strategies remain agile and head of the curve.

  ● Working alongside your other global partners to conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities, trends, and potential risks.

  ● Develop strategic frameworks to guide decision-making across our creative solutions offering, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry shifts.

  END TO END COMMUNICATIONS PLANNING● Lead the charge in devising cutting-edge, data-driven communication strategies and plans, that ignite digital (& all other) platforms and captive our clients.

  ● Lead the development of creative, integrated communications strategies that effectively combine traditional and digital channels.

  ● Work closely with account teams to translate client objectives into actionable strategic plans, ensuring seamless execution across campaigns.

  ● Evaluate campaign performance and provide insights to optimize strategies for greater impact.

  CREATIVE TRAILBLAZER● Shape our creative narrative, that resonates with our audiences and amplify brand narratives.

  ● Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and develop innovative ideas

  ● Provide guidance on storytelling, messaging, and creative direction to elevate the group's output and differentiate our client offerings.

  ● Ensure that creative strategies effectively communicate brand messages while resonating with target audiences.

  DATA ANALYTICS & TECH UNIT CO-DEVELOPMENT● Work alongside our data & tech unit, driving the integration of data-driven insights into strategic decision-making.

  ● Work alongside other data & the teams within Incubeta – ensuring cross-group integrations (ops & product).

  ● Identify and implement technological solutions that enhance the agency's capabilities in data analysis, measurement, and reporting.

  ● Work closely with cross-functional teams to leverage data for optimizing campaigns, identifying trends, and uncovering further biz opportunities.

  TEAM LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT● Manage and mentor a team of strategists & planners, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

  ● Provide guidance on professional development, skills enhancement, and career growth for team members.

  ● Foster strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between strategy, creative, and execution teams.

  BUSINESS GROWTH & CLIENT IMPACT● Increase agency revenue through strategic initiatives and successful campaign outcomes.

  ● Enhance client satisfaction and retention by delivering strategic solutions that drive tangible results.

  STRATEGIC EXCELLENCE● Develop and execute comprehensive business, communications, and creative strategies that align with client goals.

  ● Demonstrate innovative thinking and adaptability to changing market dynamics.

  DATA-DRIVEN DECISION-MAKING● Establish a robust data and analytics unit, resulting in actionable insights that inform strategic direction.

  ● Improve campaign effectiveness through data-driven optimizations.

  TEAM DEVELOPMENT● Cultivate a tribe of strategic visionaries, fueling their growth, leading a collective pursuit of excellence.

  ● Measure and enhance team engagement, growth, and collaboration – fostering your team that thrives and dreams big.

  QUALIFICATIONS:

  ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

  ● Proven experience (10+ years) in strategic planning, communications strategy, and creative strategy within the advertising, marketing, or creative agency industry.

  ● Strong understanding of data analytics, technology trends, and their application in strategic decision-making.

  ● Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and developing teams.

  ● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

  ● Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and insights to drive strategic direction.

  ● Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and with clients 30/60/90 DAYS

  MODELLING AND ACTIVATING A BEST-IN-CLASS COMMS STRATIC RESPONSE FOR INCUBETA TO GUIDE ALL CLIENT WORKSTREAMS

  ● Understand and align with Incubeta's vision and goals re: client growth and opportunity

  ● Understand agency team structure

  ● Understand current revenue, ROI, team structures, and working practices

  ● Audit all teams, tools, ways of working (data and strategy-led) client management, and agency output.

  ● Create internal KPIs including team happiness, client satisfaction, and client account growth

  ● Define and communicate clear expectations, goals, and ways of working with internal teams and clients

  ● Identify and propose innovative trend offerings for clients

  ● Structure data, insights, and strategy team to deliver best-in-class integrated creative agency response across all accounts.

  ● Create internal KPIs including team happiness, client satisfaction, and client account growth

  ● Create Data, insights, and strategy department response framework and one-pager

  ● Work with business unit and operations to formulate and model scopes and relevant response briefs

  ● Onboard and workshop teams

  ● Monitor implementation and client satisfaction

  ● Build cross-market team's relationships.

  ● Be the go-to for all new biz and all strategically important client relationships.
