As the strategic lead at our integrated creative hub you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our creative-strategic vision, ensuring alignment between business objectives and creative execution – you will be at the forefront of shaping how our clients (internal & external) view creative and the key role it plays in impacting their biz results & growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
BUSINESS STRATEGIC PLANNING● Collaborate with senior leadership to define the agency's long-term vision, goals, and growth strategies.

● Working alongside your other global partners to conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities, trends, and potential risks.

END TO END COMMUNICATIONS PLANNING● Lead the charge in devising cutting-edge, data-driven communication strategies and plans, that ignite digital (& all other) platforms and captive our clients.
● Lead the development of creative, integrated communications strategies that effectively combine traditional and digital channels.
● Work closely with account teams to translate client objectives into actionable strategic plans, ensuring seamless execution across campaigns.
● Evaluate campaign performance and provide insights to optimize strategies for greater impact.
CREATIVE TRAILBLAZER● Shape our creative narrative, that resonates with our audiences and amplify brand narratives.
● Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and develop innovative ideas

DATA ANALYTICS & TECH UNIT CO-DEVELOPMENT● Work alongside our data & tech unit, driving the integration of data-driven insights into strategic decision-making.
● Work alongside other data & the teams within Incubeta – ensuring cross-group integrations (ops & product).
● Identify and implement technological solutions that enhance the agency's capabilities in data analysis, measurement, and reporting.
● Work closely with cross-functional teams to leverage data for optimizing campaigns, identifying trends, and uncovering further biz opportunities.
TEAM LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT● Manage and mentor a team of strategists & planners, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
● Proven experience (10+ years) in strategic planning, communications strategy, and creative strategy within the advertising, marketing, or creative agency industry.
● Strong understanding of data analytics, technology trends, and their application in strategic decision-making.
● Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and developing teams.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
● Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and insights to drive strategic direction.

MODELLING AND ACTIVATING A BEST-IN-CLASS COMMS STRATIC RESPONSE FOR INCUBETA TO GUIDE ALL CLIENT WORKSTREAMS
● Understand and align with Incubeta's vision and goals re: client growth and opportunity
● Understand agency team structure
● Understand current revenue, ROI, team structures, and working practices
● Audit all teams, tools, ways of working (data and strategy-led) client management, and agency output.
