The Seller External Relations team is responsible for ensuring that external perception mirrors the reality that Amazon’s stores are a great place for independent sellers to build and maintain thriving businesses. We are seeking an innovative and hands-on Marketing Manager to spearhead the curation of cultural moments on our Support Small site. You will be responsible for executing creative marketing strategies that resonate with inclusive consumers, drive discoverability and bring to life the inspiring stories of the small businesses selling in the Amazon store. Key job responsibilities

About the team
The Seller External Relations (SER) team ensures that Amazon is viewed globally by external audiences as a valuable, accessible, partner who respects and celebrates the success of its sellers. We create content and tools that demonstrate and celebrate the positive experiences of sellers on Amazon to other sellers, the general public, and influentials (e.g., media and policymakers)

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in creative marketing, preferably in a consumer-focused role.
Proficiency in Symphony and Brightspot or similar content management systems.
Ability to analyze and interpret data, providing actionable insights for optimization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute with attention to detail.
Passion for supporting small businesses and promoting inclusivity.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient in using analytics tools and platforms for comprehensive performance measurement and reporting.
Experience in international marketing or collaborating with diverse global audiences.
Ability to drive cross-functional alignment in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in marketing to ensure inclusivity.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and trends to optimize for user experience and conversion.

Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $96,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
