Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in advertising research and analytics at a research agency, advertising agency, creative analytics company/consultancy, management consulting, or related fields.
Experience with project or program management.
Experience with product strategy.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with video ads, digital video or TV creative development, production, or operations.
Experience leading cross-functional groups or projects with the ability to take ownership of projects by setting and achieving milestones, synthesizing input from stakeholders, creating outputs appropriate to the audiences, and driving awareness/adoption of deliverables.
Ability to influence cross-functionally without authority.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, including business opportunity analysis (e.g., management consulting, analytical lead).

As a Creative Global Solutions Lead, you will be focused on leading and activating creative programs and products Globally. Your objective will be ensuring advertisers are creatively set up for success across YouTube’s ads ecosystem by increasing the quality of the assets customers have.
Global Solutions is the link between Google products and business. Your focus is to help turn innovation into complete, packaged tools that allow our customers to get the most that they need from our products. As part of the Global Solutions team, you'll help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products. Working in one of three specialized areas – Performance, Brand, or Publisher & Platform – you'll use your expertise to help front-line Sales partners to work their magic quickly and effectively. You are passionate about all things digital, and want to help shape the world of online advertising.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $113,000-$165,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Lead creative research operating models, partner with creative works, as well as Go-To-Market and Product teams to establish priority creative guidance questions across markets and ensure resources are allocated to answer them.
Develop goals, strategy, and commercialization plans for activating Google's creative production and evaluation services, partner with contacts across gTech and Go-To-Market teams to drive utilization, ultimately removing creative barriers for customers.
Develop and execute a global strategy for upskilling Sales teams and external partners on YouTube’s creative practices and asset requirements so customers have what they need to optimally run cross-platform.
Lead and manage the quarterly cross-functional Global Product Solutions and creative Product review process.
