Provides support to the CIG CRE Sales Enablement team to assist in improving sales productivity and business optimization efforts across all businesses to ensure a smooth efficient operating environment. Serves as project lead on assigned projects and initiatives and collaborates with teams across the CIG CRE organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor and measure sales teammate engagement and performance, drive analysis for insights and answers to critical questions and recommend practical solutions to get results
Proactively identify issues for sales teams; conduct root cause analysis and develop/implement both short and long-term resolutions as it relates to critical IRM activities (process, knowledge gaps, reporting), key Salesforce tasks such as client and opportunity creation/management, use of Precision Lender and any other areas identified
Coordinate and plan workshops, training and learning to transfer industry knowledge, thought leadership and best practices to improve sales performance
Organize client and teammate events with input from Division Leaders, Sales Managers, Marketing and other key constituents as applicable.
Collaborate in the delivery and execution of Client Planning to include communication and the development and aggregation of presentation materials to drive revenue via IRM and core business activities
Drive sales initiatives with input from Sales managers, Division and Team Leaders and other enablement team members
Serve as project lead for certain initiatives, pilots and implementations in support of sales management, sales technology, risk and business optimization
Provide leadership and support for special projects, strategic presentations, research coordination or communications to CIG CRE teammates
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience and related training
5 years of related experience with a financial institution or strong banking knowledge
Strong analytical problem-solving skills
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products with proficiency in Excel and Power Point
Ability to meet deadlines, set priorities and manage multiple projects
