We are looking for a Country Head to join our Prague based team and manage consumer beauty business in Czech & Slovakia!
The Country Head role involves responsibility for driving sustainable growth for our consumer beauty business in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. By leading a winning team of professionals and cultivating a culture of kindness, this position offers a unique opportunity to make a substantial impact. The role reports directly to the Central & Eastern Europe Managing Director.
Key responsibilities:
• Define and execute the sales & customer marketing strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share gains within portfolio of color cosmetics, fragrances and body care.
• Accountability of P&L of Cz & SK markets
• Nurture value based, strategic relationships with customers for profitable growth and enhanced in store experience.
• Explore and initiate new business opportunities and innovations in the markets based on thorough understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competition.
• Manage, develop, and motivate the dedicated team, ensuring a high level of engagement, performance, and accountability
• Foster a company culture to create a positive working atmosphere based on the core values of kindness
• Ensure that the organization's activities and operations comply with policies, local regulations, and align with regional and global guidelines
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years Sales/Marketing Leadership experience
• Experience in growing consumer beauty, cosmetics or personal care categories.
• Excellent commercial skills and proven track record of sustainable growth with lead customers
• Strong business drive, results driven, solution focused, growth mindset skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationship cross fucntionally
• High degree of fluency of English
• Master's degree in business preferred
