Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we are seeking a СEO to lead the business , who will have the sales drive, strategic vision, and leadership to drive this growth for the Innomotics excellent product, solutions & service portfolios. In this role you have to develop synergies and strong collaboration within the country. As the country CEO, you not only be the face of the organization but will also keep developing your team and growing the business. Reporting directly to the Innomotics Middle East CEO, you will have the overall P&L responsibility for Innomotics Ltd. Saudi Arabia.

　　You will be accountable for the country strategy, with a keen focus on our financial success and stability, driving our performance in the fastest growing region of our company. The role requires you to build and implement the strategy for the entire region, guided by our overall company commercial and strategic objectives, but you are the one with the true vision for Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia, and the impact to deliver it.

　　Your main responsibilities

　　Acts as the “face of Innomotics” in country and speaks for the entire Innomotics in Saudi Arabia. The Country CEO represents Innomotics to customers, suppliers, government and the media and has an important role to promote Innomotics ( A Siemens Business ) to the marketplace.

　　Directs and controls activities in Saudi Arabia to achieve both short and long-term financial and operating objectives such as increased profitability, productivity improvements, or enhanced market share.

　　Owns all statutory accountability for the legal entity of Innomotics in Saudi Arabia. Responsible for conducting the AGM Annually & presenting the financial results and acceptance to the External Shareholders and have a trusting partnership with all shareholders.

　　Responsible for compliance and EHS topics & Establishes and leads a culture of compliance among the Innomotics operations.

　　Coaches, guides, and develops a management team ensuring the achievement of relevant business objectives.

　　Manages customer relations to provide customer feedback, market and competitor information to Innomotics Gmbh HQ. Fosters an intimate and trusting partnership with customers by focusing on joint value creation.

　　Drives cost optimization and lean principles to improve competitiveness.

　　An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills. Selects, manages and develops employees to ensure a high performing, engaged team to achieve sustainable excellent results.

　　Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision , a strategist along with proven track record of successful execution.

　　10+ years P&L Experience in the Industry Sales / BU Head & working with major accounts across industry.

　　Your Profile

　　Bachelor or Master's Degree in an Electrical Engineering / Electrical-Electronics Engineering, and MBA degree would be added advantage

　　20+ years of total business experience within the Industrial & Energy Sectors, with 10+ years leadership responsibilities

　　Experience of working with executive level leadership of local EPC companies and government utilities

　　Extensive network in the local Industry market and strong domain knowledge power systems, electrical machines, gearmotors and drives technology in the Industrial & Energy Sectors.

　　Understands the fundamental economic components of the business in the country.

　　Professional experience in similar role & Proven ability to challenge traditional business thinking and find ways to explore new opportunities

　　Successful track record leading and developing teams.

　　Excellent command of English. Arabic would be added advantage. Excellent articulation/presentation and interpersonal skills Analytical thinking, decision making, change orientation and good communication skills

　　At least 4-6years of intercultural / international experience.
