　　Humana's Strategy Management Office partners with executives across the organization to further Humana's strategy through a strategy management system. The practice is a small team that leverages and promotes best in class tools and frameworks to increase agility across the enterprise in planning and executing strategic change. As a team member, you will support the complex and coordinated effort required to execute the enterprise strategy. Core functions of the Strategy Management Office include: Strategy Translation, Strategic Initiative Management, Strategy Alignment, Strategy Reporting and Change Management.

　　The Corporate Strategy Consultant will work with company leaders at all levels of the organization to define and evaluate strategic objectives, measures, targets and, at times, lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. The Corporate Strategy Consultant will also report progress to strategy leadership and the executive team. The Corporate Strategy Consultant will be accountable to provide an ongoing strategic view and direction on multiple initiatives and partner with stakeholders across multiple business areas to meet strategic objectives.

　　Required Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degreeMinimum 1 + years' experience in a strategic role (e.g. Analysts, Researchers, Consultants, Strategy Developers etc.)Experience managing small to medium projects or 1+ workstream(s) within a larger strategic initiativeDemonstrated progressive, expanded responsibilities with a proven track record of successAbility to apply structured thinking and frameworks to solving problemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiencesWorking locations are offices in the Washington D.C. area or Louisville, KY at Humana's corporate headquarters.
