As a Reporting, Analytics, & Data Partner for Enterprise procurement, your goal is to leverage data to optimize enterprise decision making and strategy. You'll work closely with colleagues across Corporate Services to complete reporting and analysis that will drive meaningful improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of our procurement strategy. You'll also turn your in-depth analysis into compelling PowerPoint slides to guide leaders in their decision making. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make contributions and create valuable solutions to improve the healthcare system.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide analysis to support decision making including presenting economic outcomes and identifying key value drivers, benefits, perspectives, and risks Effectively work with data produced through several digital tools, environments, and services. Requires comfort in ambiguity Provide insights and thought leadership to internal customers advising on options and contributing to decision making Develop concise, data-driven communications to influence internal customers, business partners and leadership Present analysis and findings for operational/business review and planning purposes Develop recommended business solutions through research and analysis of data and business process to implement when appropriate Interpret and analyze large amounts of data from multiple sources and use it to tell a meaningful story to a variety of stakeholders and personalities

Years of post-high school education can be substituted/is equivalent to years of experience.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in business / financial analysis Experience gathering requirements from the client/business and documenting Experience with requirements scoping, financial analysis and compiling / communicating the findings and recommendations Experience gathering and documenting requirements from the client / business Software experience with SQL and Tableau Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes Experience working with statistical models and performing statistical analysis Advanced Excel proficiency including financial and scenario based modeling/analysis Ability to problem solve conflicting / inaccurate or ambiguous data Hybrid working model with minimum three days in the Minnesota Corporate office. Flexible on day selections
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability and experience developing business cases (operational and financial) to support transformative initiatives Proven history of quickly gaining credibility, partnering with business leaders, and exhibiting executive presence Proven ability to articulate business strategies and formulate concise solutions to complex problems Proven solid consultative, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
