SummaryThe Corporate Senior Auditor (Sarbanes Oxley) position reports into anAudit Manager that is responsible for executing on the audit plan coveringGlacier's SOX risks. This individual will take a lead role and will beresponsible for the completion and execution of audits in the SOX area withlimited oversight and management.This is a Corporate position which may be located at an available bankdivision location across our eight state footprint in AZ, CO, ID, MT,NV, UT, WA, or WY. The midpoint for this position is $89,762.31+/ year (calculated for Kalispell, MT).All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into considerationmultiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years ofexperience, and educational background.Description* Participates as a lead team member on scheduled audits, executing auditsfrom start to finish with limited direction from the Audit Manager.* Tracks and validates issues to ensure they are appropriately addressed.* Participates in Continuous Monitoring activities over the SOX area and/ordivision.* Prepares draft written audit reports for review and approval by the AuditManager.* Conducts and documents detailed process walkthroughs with management,including identification of process risks and controls.* Documents clear audit workpapers that articulate purpose, scope,procedure, and conclusions of test work performed.* Identifies control gaps or control deficiencies and assesses the impact toGlacier.* With support from the Audit Manager, presents audit results to internalaudit leadership as well as business management.* Maintains internal audit competency through ongoing professionaldevelopment.* Maintains understanding of current and emerging risks within the SOX area.* Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned.* Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable lawsand regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, thePatriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Must complete theassigned online training courses and achieve a passing score by due date.
