Job Description
As a Security Systems Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Serves as a subject matter expert and manages security technologies (access control, video, license plate and facial recognition) for sustaining and new installations.Owns and manages all aspects of the security equipment at the site(s) to ensure proper and efficient functionality by: regular testing/monitoring of equipment and on-going preventative maintenance of systems to ensure maximum uptimes and minimal customer impacts.Has extensive knowledge of radio systems which includes knowledge in frequencies, Headend, BDAs, RRUs, consoles, and handhelds.Maintains records/documentation for pre and post installation of equipment. Reviews and updates Security Systems layout as changes occur.Recommends enhancement and upgrade of systems to support business need by benchmarking systems performance to develop BKM. Participates in Corporate Security task forces, recommends system changes and enhancements, and manages inventory of all equipment (back up and spares) to minimize disruption to business.Responsible for budget management to ensure strategic goals are met and equipment uptime is maintained.Facilitates working arrangements with security vendors (or employees) to ensure safe and timely installation, routine maintenance, and repairs of equipment by: coordinating work between supplier, internal customers and partners (documentation, scheduling, Gantt charts and safety plans to meet site requirements).Provides oversight and direction of integration partners, which includes but not limited to, developing and maintaining training standards, and qualifying integrators or others requiring technologies systems access.Manages direct physical security performance testing and inspection activities, compiles data and reports findings to management.Ensures security standards are being applied appropriately, including the review of proposed and ongoing security installations and notifying management of any deviations from standard.Maintains a relationship with Security Operations Managers peers to ensure the Security Organization is applying appropriate controls to mitigate known risks, and systems are meeting operational needs.Supports multiple generation of technical engineering products by using the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the system life cycle.Develops plans to migrate systems to current standards to meet both cost and strategic objectives goals.Reviews construction drawings and blueprints and provides pre-construction advice to ensure compliance with Security Systems specifications or Intel customer requirements.Plans and executes project tasks for activities described above.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a Science or Technical field with 3+ years of experience with physical security systems or similar low voltage systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge of radio distributed antenna systems.Knowledge of the overall physical integrated Security Systems (CCTV/Video Systems, Access Control Systems/Card Readers and Security Panels)Skills to apply systems knowledge to facilitate resolution of operational issues.Appropriate tertiary, technical or managerial qualification or equivalent experience.Knowledge of computing programs, UNIX, Microsoft products and electrical engineering.Skills to manage suppliers and contracts.Expertise to read Blueprints/Schematics.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
