  We are searching for an experienced Corporate Community Manager (f/m/d) who teams up and interacts with different stakeholders at all levels, who acts result-driven and creates a structured and interactive space where people come together to learn, share ideas, and collaborate on exciting projects with the goal of improving business outcomes throughout the organization. 

  Your Role.

  In your new position, you will champion, coordinate, and develop the interaction of diverse internal digital-focused communities with relevant collaborators

  You will build and structure engaging content with domain guides and facilitate discussions about digital topics

  Your responsibilities include coordinating effective communication outcomes, expectations, impacts and processes to community members and all kinds of stakeholders

  You will be responsible for building positive relationships with key partners and influencers in the industry (e.g., AI/data enthusiasts)

  You structure the regular community meet-ups and orchestrate other relevant come-together to generate the best possible outcomes

  Besides monitoring market trends for relevant conversations, you'll also bring an outside perspective to the community

  You will also provide support and guidance to community members

  In collaboration with other community managers, you will expand the internal network and evaluate the potential of joint activities

  Your Profile.

  You have successfully completed your Master's degree or equivalent and many years of professional and sophisticated experience in employee engagement, employee experience, internal community building, or other related fields

  In addition, you bring a strong passion for digitization topics and sharing knowledge with others

  Good analytical skills and the ability to collect, analyze and prioritize key figures and turn them into engaging content are nothing new to you

  You have excellent communication skills with excellent verbal, written and listening skills in English

  Your strong networking skills and ability to build trust and empathy with employees, teams, and leaders set you apart

  In addition, you provide the skill to multi-task with minimal direction and leadership

  You demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities, work demands and roles in a fast-paced, constantly evolving industries

  Furthermore, you possess a proactive, innovative, and problem-solving approach

  You have an understanding of how to demonstrate and integrate employee engagement platforms

  Proficient with Microsoft applications (Office, Teams, Outlook, etc.) are required
