We are seeking a dynamic and strategic communicator as the Corporate Communications Manager at Intel China. This role requires leadership and influence, critical thinking as well as collaboration skills to work across teams in support of our corporate reputation. The Corporate Communications Manager will be responsible for advancing Intel's strategic narratives aligned business goals and ongoing transformation. The Corporate Communications Manager will also direct executive communications including programs for Intel China spokespersons, the key members of Intel China leadership team and most importantly, the Chair of Intel China.
This role reports to the Director of China Communications and, in partnership with the rest of the Global Communications team, ensures that we are delivering holistic communications programs that engage and activate corporate, employee and technology audiences.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive corporate reputation strategies that align with Intel's business objectives and values in China.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the Chair of Intel China and China leadership team, providing strategic counsel on communication matters.
Design integrated communication programming for the Chair of Intel China, and oversee executive platform development, speechwriting, and content creation across stakeholder audiences and channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and other external stakeholders to enhance Intel's brand visibility and thought leadership.
Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and public sentiment to proactively identify communication opportunities and risks.
Ensure we demonstrate fully integrated comms in everything we do and helping bring others along, in our own Communications group and cross-functionally with various departments -- with strong communications and influence skills.
Qualifications
High potential, structured communicator with 10+ years of experience creating and implementing successful reputation management strategies within a complex and heavily matrixed corporate environment.
Proven track record of success in managing corporate communications, preferably in the technology industry.
Demonstrated experience within each corporate reputation area of responsibility, e.g. corporate strategy and positioning, financial and policy communication, sustainability, and crisis mitigation.
Track record of setting strategic direction to accomplish immediate and long-range objectives that address business issues and build trust across all stakeholder groups.
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or a related field.
Exceptional bilingual writing, editing and presentation skills.
Minimum requirements:
In-house or 4A PR or Communications working background comms.
3-5 years’ corporate communications work experience
Proven track record on executive Communications

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
