Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Science, Engineering, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications: Experience in spend management and budget planning cycles.
Experience with spreadsheets, databases, SQL, and data analysis.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work in an ambiguous and constantly evolving environment.
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to set objectives and drive to results while building long-term relationships across organizational boundaries.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to regularly present to executive management.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$154,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Apply business acumen to develop a wide variety of reporting, Analytic tools and key performance indicators (KPIs) and to construct a understanding of how business teams are impacted by business and Financial drivers. Solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems, applying advanced analytics methods as needed to develop easy to understand financial models with multiple scenarios for future results and decisions. Create relevant dashboards, financial reports and operational KPIs to guide business decisions and inform on performance of programs and agreements. Create and deliver presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders, through visual displays of quantitative information/insights. Support planning through business partnering and business knowledge to advise on investment recommendations. Own, manage, and collaborate with business partners on financial models to support YouTube trajectory.
