Location: New York Responsibilities:
Process biweekly payroll and assist with special payrolls. Assist New hires and employees with MyADP employee’s self-service site (Direct Deposit and Tax Withholding setup). Assist and responds to inquiries pertaining to payroll and time tracking issues. Act as a liaison to HR and Recruitment for new hires, job changes, and terminations. Review Quarterly and Annual Wage and Tax Register and W-2s. Assist with Yearend process. Assist in special projects as assigned. Skills & Experience:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience processing payroll required. Knowledge and working experience of ADP (Workforce Now, and/or Vantage) is required. Work experience with time tracking systems is required (Workday a plus). Experience with Workday HRIS and Payroll implementation (Workday and ADP a plus). Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel), Google Drive, and Box. Excellent time management skills. Superior attention to detail. Able to maintain confidential information. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to adhere to tight deadlines and to have the ability to anticipate important issues that may impact payroll process. Working knowledge of federal, state, and local taxes related laws and regulations. College degree preferred

Per the NYC pay transparency law, the hiring range for this position is $58,500 to $65,000.
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, skills and any other factors Major League Baseball (MLB) considers relevant to the hiring decision.
